Welcome to Holy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our botanical fragrance products (operated legally under Maxworld, Inc.). By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Health, Safety & Allergy Disclaimer Holy products are formulated using 100% pure botanical extracts, natural resins, and carrier oils (such as organic golden jojoba). However, natural ingredients contain volatile compounds that can cause skin sensitivity or allergic reactions in certain individuals.
• Mandatory Patch Test: Before applying any Holy product to your pulse points or larger areas of skin, you must test a small amount on the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours to ensure no adverse reaction occurs.
• If irritation, redness, or discomfort develops, discontinue use immediately. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
2. Efficacy & Somatic Benefits Disclaimer The physiological, energetic, and somatic benefits described regarding our sanctuary formulas—including claims of grounding, nervous system regulation, or establishing a perimeter of serenity—are derived strictly from the founder’s personal practice and historical traditions within the general olfactory and sound-healing communities.

3. Return & Refund Policy Because fragrance is a highly subjective, personal-use item, and to ensure the absolute purity and uncontaminated nature of our cold-macerated inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed. We highly recommend purchasing a sample discovery set or experiencing our tester displays at an authorized retail stockist before committing to a full-sized vessel.
4. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to the brand name “Holy,” the eight-botanical formula architecture, website copy, product descriptions, photography, and structural packaging designs, are the exclusive property of Maxworld, Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
