At Holy, we prioritize the integrity and olfactory resonance of our botanical accords above all else. To ensure absolute freshness and maximum potency, we do not warehouse large quantities of aging stock.

• Formulated on Demand: Every vessel is compounded, poured, and sealed to order. Because of this deliberate, intentional process, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery on all orders.

• Origin of Dispatch: All collections are securely packaged and distributed directly from our studio at HolyFragrances NYC.

• Order Tracking: Once your formula is finalized and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a dispatch notification via email containing your live tracking link.

• Packaging Integrity: Your heavy glass vessels are carefully secured in our minimal, unbleached protective materials to ensure they arrive intact and ready for your sanctuary space.

• Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your package arrives compromised or experiences an unusual delay in transit, please contact info@holyfragrances.com with your order number, and we will assist you immediately.
